1. What sizes do you offer ?

We have a sizing chart attached to every product for your reference.

2. Can I return or exchange items if they don't fit?

As every piece is hand embroidered for your size and would be made to order, We do not allow returns unless it is damaged.

3. How do I know which size to order?

As every brand has its own sizing chart, We have added our sizing chart alongside every product so you can double check before you place an order.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

We certainly do offer international shipping. We usually calculate the shipping fee at checkout.

This is the breakdown:

All orders over Rs.7000 is free in Mumbai
All order over Rs.10000 is free all over India
All order over Rs. 30,000 is free outside of India.

5. How often do you release new collections?

We are always working on new collections and you can subscribe to our emails for the most updated catalogs.

6. Are your clothes machine washable? Are there any special care instructions for your garments?

Most of our garments are dry clean only. Please refer to the tag which is on the garment for more details.

7. Do you have a physical store location or are you online-only?

We have a physical store in Hoboken, Jersey but all garments are available online.

8. Can I track my order once it's been shipped?

Yes, We will send you your tracking number once we have shipped it to you.

9. Do you offer gift cards or gift wrapping services?

Absolutely. All our outfits are packaged like a gift but if you need anything to be customized, please send us a note at info@threadtrails.com and we would be happy to answer any questions you may have.

RETURNS AND REPAIRS

If you find a damaged product in your mail, please do contact us immediately within 24 hours via email at  support@threadtrails.com with images of the item. We shall respond and take one of the steps listed below:

1. Refund the money if it is not possible to remake the piece.
2. Resend a new piece once we look at the damage.
